The University of Bath School of Management seeks to appoint a Senior Lecturer in the School who has expertise and experience in Human Resource Development. A particular interest in career development would be an advantage together with experience of developing work-based learning programmes. We expect the person appointed to have a successful record of high quality research which has an impact on scholars and policy makers. A track record of working with graduate employers will be an advantage.
