    Dear Member of the Careers Division,

    We have a fantastic Careers Division Social planned for this year that will take place at the Canadian Terrace located in the EPCOT Walt Disney theme park, Monday August 12th 6:30 – 8:00 pm.
    Therefore, to join our social event (without a park ticket) we will need to follow some specific instructions from Disney.

    The easiest way for you to attend the social is to either:
    -        Join us at our business meeting from 4:45-6:00 and walk to the EPCOT gate together
    -        Meet us at the EPCOT International Gateway between 6:15 – 6:20

    Guests attending the Careers Social will be given a wristband. At the EPCOT International Gateway we will then be escorted to the Canadian Terrace.

    Please understand that admission to the Social does not allow you admission to other areas of EPCOT. Once our social ends at 8:00, we will be escorted back to the International Gateway. Guests wishing to leave early, will also be escorted back to the gateway.
