    Associate or Full Professor in Management

     

    Job Description:

    The Management Division at Babson College is seeking applicants for a full-time, tenure-track Associate or Full Professor position in Strategic Leadership starting the 2013-14 academic year.

     

    Associate or Full Professor Job Requirements:
    • Willingness to teach in the areas of strategic leadership, decision-making and organizational innovation in both the undergraduate and MBA programs and proven capability and desire to teach at the executive level. 
    • Vibrant scholarship that is relevant to both academics and managers, and a proven ability to publish for both audiences. 
    • Track record of excellence in teaching 
    • Experience with curriculum design and innovative pedagogical materials 
    • Minimum 10 years of academic experience at an AACSB accredited business school
    • Ability and desire to collaborate with and mentor junior colleagues
    • PhD, DBA or equivalent degree in strategic management or organization behavior
    • Currently associate or full professor
