Specialist reviewers are being sought by Personnel Review (PR), an ISI ranked journal focussing on broad HRM topics. We recognise the value and importance of peer review in the overall publication process, not only enhancing the individual manuscript, but also enhancing the credibility and reputation of the journal. We are looking for people involved in research areas covered by the journal who would be willing to assist fellow researchers by reviewing their submitted papers. English does not necessarily have to be your first language but you will need to have a high level of competence and have technical proficiency in the field of HRM. Experienced individuals, qualified to post-doctoral level would be most suited to the role.

Topics covered by the journal include (but are not limited to):

·         Employee relations

·         Industrial relations

·         Labour markets

·         Management development

·         Recruitment and retention

·         Strategic human resource management

·         Training and development
