    With apologies for cross-postings we are pleased to announce the publication of volume 21 issue 2 of Human Resource Management Journal. This issue includes the second paper in our provocation series by Pat Wright and Gary McMahon titled "Exploring Human Capital: putting human back into strategic human resource management". This follows on from our first paper by David Guest titled "Human resource management and performance: still searching for some answers.
