On 12th March, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam is organizing the 1st International Conference on Careers Research and Practice (ICCRP 2007) Myths and Realities about Careers in the 21st Century.
The programme includes key-note speeches by Prof dr Herminia Ibarra, INSEAD (Paris) Chaired Professor of Organizational Behavior and Pauline van der Meer Mohr, Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Group Human Resources at ABN AMRO, as well as 4 parallel sessions to choose from on the most pressing career topics. The conference also marks the founding of the Amsterdam Center for Career Research (www.accr.nl), and aims to offer a platform for discussing new research projects among career scholars and practitioners from the Netherlands, and from around the world.
