data on employee distribution

    Dear all,

     

    Any idea on where I can find company-wise and/or industry-wise data on the approximate distribution/proportion of employees at different organizational levels (i.e., top management, senior management, middle management, etc.)? Data on proportions of males and females at these levels will also be useful, if available. If you know of articles or data bases that include such info, please email me directly at aaramasw@indiana.edu.  I will later compile responses and send it back to the list.
