Dear colleagues,
Myself and 5 students from our department at the University of Leuven, Belgium are currently conducting a cross-cultural study on the topic of talent.
Our intention is to have several hundred practitioners and/or researchers from countries in different cultural regions fill out a survey. Both a long version (30 minutes) and a very short version (5 minutes) are available. The long version contains both qualitative and quantitative questions and is only for HR managers; the short version is also for researchers and contains only one, qualitative question.
Would you be willing to take the short survey?
We are particularly struggling to find respondents outside of the US, the UK, Western Europe, and Latin Europe.
The short survey takes only 5 minutes to complete, and we simply ask you to list spontaneous associations with the word 'talent' and then provide some background information.
