My doctoral student, Michael Kwan, and I are conducting a meta-analysis on the antecedents and consequences of work-family enrichment (and related concepts such as facilitation, positive spillover, and enhancement). To provide a comprehensive assessment of the relationships, we would like our study to include unpublished and "in press" manuscripts as well as articles that have already been published.
