    I would love to have a Careers Division colleague join me at Rider. One of
    our department members moved to administration so we have a new openning. I
    will be interviewing candidates at the Academy meeting. Please email me for

    Rider University’s College of Business Administration invites applications
    for a full-time, tenure-track position in Human Resources/Organization
    Behavior at the rank of Assistant Professor. Appointment in the Department
    of Management and Human Resources begins September 1, 2007. The successful
    candidate will have completed a PhD in HR/OB by that date. The selected
    individual will demonstrate promise as a scholar and teacher. The new
    department member will teach introductory courses in management and human
    resources along with some upper level elective and MBA courses. It is
    expected that the successful candidate will develop and sustain a program of
    research. Evidence of capability to publish in refereed outlets is
    expected. Strong teaching skills and the ability to interact well with
    undergraduate and MBA students are important.

    New Jersey near New York and Philadelphia. The College of Business
