The Management department at <st1:place><st1:placename>California</st1:placename> <st1:placetype>State</st1:placetype> <st1:placetype>University</st1:placetype></st1:place>, <st1:place><st1:placename>East</st1:placename> <st1:placetype>Bay</st1:placetype></st1:place> currently has a faculty opening in Human Resources Management. The position is open rank, with candidates having an earned doctorate in human resource management, industrial relations, employee relations, organizational behavior or a closely related field from an AACSB accredited institution by start of employment (Fall, 2008) invited to apply. The candidate hired will teach and conduct research in human resource management and/or industrial/employee relations. Ability to teach (graduate and undergraduate) compensation and benefits, employment law, industrial/employee relations, and human resources information systems courses are desirable.
