Dear all,
I am looking for a video of an effective selection interview to show in a postgraduate class on Employee Selection. I was thinking to use it as a basis for initiating the discussion on employment interview and / or a demonstration of effective interviewing skills. I am not looking for a movie, but for a specially-made, case-study type, video.
I have searched the internet and found quite a few, but also quite expensive. I was wondering if anyone out there has used something like that in the past and can direct me.
