    Dear All,

    Hope you're doing well and your New Year is off to a great start!!

    I am writing to you in regards to a Meta-analysis I have conducted recently
    on Individual, Relational, & Structural/Organizational predictors of
    Mentoring support.

    For the following associations, I could find only 2 studies for meta-
    analysis.

    So, I am emailing you to request if you can inform me of your work
    (unpublished or published studies) reporting correlations for any of the
    following Associations.

    Associations:

    1. Protege's Emotional Intelligence & Receipt/Provision of Mentoring support

    2. Mentor's Transformational Leadership & Receipt/Provision of Mentoring
    support

    3. Self-disclosure by Protege/Mentor and Receipt/Provision of Mentoring
    support

    4. Age difference in Mentoring dyad and Receipt/Provision of Mentoring
    support

    5. Trust by Mentor/Protege and Receipt/Provision of Mentoring support

    6. Mentoring Phase and Receipt/Provision of Mentoring support
