Dear Colleagues -
I am looking for women executives (Vice-President level or above) to participate in a research study on power and gender in US corporations and their Western-European subsidiaries. I am interested in interviewing women who have been employed at both the US headquarters and the Western-European subsidiary of the same corporation.
Interviews (approximately two hours in length) will focus on executives' experiences and job satisfaction at these two distinct work sites. Interviews will be conducted in person. Information gathered from the interviews will be used to explore executive women's experiences in these different work settings. Responses will be held in the strictest confidence, preserving confidentiality of all participants.
Interviews are targeted for April-May, 2011.
