The School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University (Tsinghua
SEM) invites applications for faculty positions at all levels (Assistant
Professor, Associate Professor and Full Professor) in innovation and
entrepreneurship. Tsinghua SEM is the first school in mainland China
accredited by both AACSB and EQUIS. The School offers undergraduate,
Master’s (including MBA and EMBA) and Ph.D. programs. We provide

Applicants for assistant professor positions should have an earned
doctorate in areas of entrepreneurship, innovation, technology & operations
management, strategic management organizational theory, economics, or
related discipline, and demonstrated research potential. Applicants for
senior positions must have a strong record of published research in premier
management journals. Demonstrated capacity for quality teaching is also
required. Candidates must hold a strong commitment to effective teaching,
productive research, and quality services to the school, the university,
and the society.
A recruiting team from Tsinghua SEM will attend the Academy of Management
Annual Conference in San Antonio, US in August 12-16, 2011 and arrange
