Human Relations is delighted to announce the results for our Paper of the Year Award for 2013 (volume 66).
The Human Relations (http://hum.sagepub.com/) Paper of the Year Award is given to the article which the Editorial Team considers best encapsulates broad readership appeal, sound methods, and whose theory advances our understanding of human relations at work.
The editorial team reviewed all papers published during 2013 and produced a short list of nine to be considered in detail for the Award. These covered a wide range of topics and methods. Three used quantitative methods, five deployed a range of qualitative methods including conversation analysis and ethnographies, and one used case study methods across a number of organizations.
