The Rutgers University School of Business-Camden is seeking applications at the assistant professor level for a tenure track position in the area of Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior. The position will be available July 2012, dependent on funding. Teaching will include both undergraduate and MBA courses in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior; the position may require teaching at off-campus locations of the university and experience with on-line or hybrid teaching is a plus. Candidates should have an existing track record of publishing in top-tier journals, or a clear demonstration of the ability to do so, and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field of study. We are particularly interested in individuals who are strong organizational citizens and who are interested in being an active member of a rich academic community.
The Rutgers School of Business-Camden, part of Rutgers University, the State University of New Jersey, serves over 700 undergraduate and 300 MBA students. The Campus is situated is Southern New Jersey, directly across the river from Philadelphia and within easy access to Atlantic City, New York, and Washington D.C.
