    The University of Bath, School of Management is seeking to appoint a new Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Organization Studies (Human Resource Management) within the Organization Studies (OS) Group. At the lecturer level, the successful candidate must have the ambition and ability to publish in top-tier international journals (i.e. 3 or 4* on the ABS list). For appointments at the senior lecturer level, the candidate must already have a meaningful publications track record (i.e. evidence of ambition and ability to publish in 4* journals).

    In addition to the research role, the lecturer will contribute to our range of highly rated undergraduate and postgraduate offerings. The group also offers a specialist MSc in Human Resource Management and Consulting which provides the opportunity to deliver tailored teaching to a high quality group of students. The group’s total teaching portfolio includes courses in People and Organizations, Organizational behaviour, Managing Human Resources, Leadership, Strategy and Human Resource Management and Management Consulting. Members of the OS group are also involved in a range of Executive Development offerings.
