Dear colleagues,
I'm trying to compare careers in industrial and post-industrial (post-fordist) organizations.
A key issue here is to be able to identify industrial and post-industrial organizations. A simple way could be to use the sector criteria (manufacturing for industrial, services for post-industrilal), but I guess some more reliable typologies or criteria exist. Any idea?
