    Svetlana N. Khapova (s.n.khapova@vu.nl) is Professor of Careers and Organization Studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, the Netherlands. She is Chair of VU School of Management and a Scientific Director of Amsterdam Business Research Institute (ABRI). Her research focusses on the link between careers and institutions. She studies individual careers as a resource upon which both individuals and organizations draw to innovate. Her work has been published in such journals asCareer Development InternationalInternational Journal of Management Reviews, Journal of Business Venturing Insights, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Organisational Behavior, Human Relations, Organizational Dynamics, and many other. She was the 2011-2012 Division Chair of Careers Division of the Academy of Management.

      

    Lisa Kuron (kuronlisa@gmail.com) is a PhD Candidate at the Lazaradis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University (Waterloo, ON, Canada). As an active researcher and experienced instructor, Lisa is dedicated to helping individuals and organizations manage the complexity of the contemporary careers. More specifically, her research aims to bridge theory with practice across three fields: job search, career development and generational differences. Lisa's research has been published in Career Development International, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Personnel Review and Industrial Relations as well as several peer-reviewed conferences.

     

    M. Lance Frazier (LanceFrazier@creighton.edu) is an associate professor of Management in the Heider College of Business at Creighton University.  He received his Ph.D. From Oklahoma State University and his research interests include proactive work behaviors and the factors in the workplace that facilitate such behaviors.  

     

    Anneleen Forrier (Anneleen.forrier@kuleuven.be) is Professor at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the KU Leuven (Belgium) where she is head of the research group Work and Organisation Studies at the campus in Antwerp. She obtained her PhD in Business Economics of the Faculty of Economics and Business from the KU Leuven (Belgium) in 2003. Her main research interests include employability, careers, (re)employment and ageing policies. She published her research in leading scholarly journals such as Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Career Development International and Journal of Management Studies.

     

    Karin Proost (karin.Proost@kuleuven.be) specializes in personnel psychology, especially personnel selection and recruitment. She obtained her Ph.D. on applicant anxiety from KU Leuven and currently works at the Faculty of Economics and Business of KU Leuven. She teaches courses in HRM and Organizational Behavior and her research mainly focuses on biases in decision-making within personnel selection. She integrates several theoretical frameworks in her studies, such as construal level theory, moral licensing, impression management, etc.

     

    Dr. Sherry E. Sullivan (Ph.D. The Ohio State University; ssulliv@bgsu.edu) is Professor of Management in the College of Business at Bowling Green State University. She has published in journals including Journal of ManagementJournal of Applied Psychology, Career Development International, Journal of Vocational Behavior, and Journal of International Business Studies. She has served as the Chair of the Academy of Management's Career Division and  is a Fellow of Southern Management Association. Her research interests include career theory, international human research management, and mentoring.
