Dear Colleagues
Remarkably, more people have submitted papers or symposia to the Careers Division scholarly program for our 2012 AoM annual meeting than have signed up to review!
Why sign up? Regardless of whether you have submitted anything, reviewing is a great way to learn more about our field and how the Academy works, as well as to get involved in the Careers Division in a meaningful way. In addition, it seems only fair to offer to review your colleagues' papers and symposia if you have requested that they review yours...
Why the urgency? Because the AoM algorithm for matching papers and reviewers – based on keywords and reviewers' stated expertise – will be run by AoM HQ in just a couple of days, so I implore you to sign up right away!
To do so, please go to http://review.aomonline.org/aom.asp and click "sign up now." As a reviewer you will receive no more than three submissions to the Careers Division. Submissions will be available for review by January 18th and due by February 8th.
Our scholarly program depends critically on our team of reviewers, so I hope you will be part of that team. Thank you!
