    Dear CAR Colleagues,

    Thank you for your participation in the 2009-2010 ONE election process. Approximately 28% of the ONE membership voted, which was just slightly above the Academy's overall voting rate this year.

    We thank all the candidates who stepped forward to serve CAR, and those who contributed to an active and successful election process. All the positions were closely contested. Unfortunately, only one candidate could be elected for each position. The results follow:

    CAR PROGRAM CHAIR-ELECT - Svetlana Khapova, VU University Amsterdam
    CAR PDW PROGRAM CHAIR-ELECT - Julia Richarson, York University
    CAR TREASURER - Jim Jawahar, Illinois State University
    CAR REPRESENTATIVES At LARGE - Jean-Luc Cerdin, ESSEC Business School
    Wendy Marcinkus Murphy, Northern Illinois University
    Corinne A. Post, Lehigh University

    Please join us in congratulating the new leadership team!

    Thanks again to each member for your active participation in CAR's election.

    This is my last task in CAR leadership and I really appreciate all the ideas, support, and encouragement I've received. I've grown a lot through this experience and I truly love all that makes the CAR Division distinctive - friendship, sharing of ideas, and true demonstration of collegiality!
