    Rutgers University, School of Business – Camden is recruiting for two positions in Human Resource Management / Organizational Behavior.  Please see the full job ad below or through attachment.  We will conduct a limited number of interviews at the Academy of Management meetings in Boston, so interested parties should be sure to submit materials before the end of July.

     

                                TENURE TRACK FACULTY POSITIONS

        HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT/ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR

                                  SCHOOL OF BUSINESS-CAMDEN

                                              RUTGERS UNIVERSITY

     

    The Rutgers University School of Business-Camden is seeking applications at the assistant professor level for a tenure track position in the area of Human Resource Management/Organizational Behavior. The position will be available July 2013, dependent on funding.  Teaching will include both undergraduate and MBA courses in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior; the position may require teaching at off-campus locations of the university and experience with on-line or hybrid teaching is a plus.  Candidates should have an existing track record of publishing in top-tier journals, or a clear demonstration of the ability to do so, and a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field of study. We are particularly interested in individuals who are strong organizational citizens and who are interested in being an active member of a rich academic community.

     

    The Rutgers School of Business-Camden, part of Rutgers University, the State University of New Jersey, serves over 700 undergraduate and 300 MBA students.
