Call for Contributions and Reviewers: Journal of Chinese Human Resource Management
Journal of Chinese Human Resource Management (JCHRD) is the first journal to cater for a steadily-increasing number of researchers, practitioners and University lecturers focusing on a crucial area: the management of one fifth of the world's workforce in <st1:country-region w:st="on">China</st1:country-region> and the surrounding regions of Hong Kong, Macau and <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on">Taiwan</st1:country-region></st1:place>. A new journal for 2010, the publication of JCHRM comes at a time when Chinese Human Resource Management theory, research and practices have global implications. JCHRM publishes peer-reviewed content on Human Resource Management in Chinese companies in <st1:country-region w:st="on">China</st1:country-region> and overseas, as well as studies on international MNCs operating in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on">China</st1:country-region></st1:place>. Through the publication of the latest findings in the field, JCHRM aims to contribute to the promotion and development of efficient, effective and fulfilled workforces and to the enhancement of firm performance.
