Dear Colleagues,
We (Amit Nandkeolyar, ISB; Roy Suddaby, <st1:placetype w:st="on">U.</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Alberta</st1:placename> and Ben Postlethwaite, <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placetype w:st="on">U.</st1:placetype> of <st1:placename w:st="on">Iowa</st1:placename></st1:place>) are conducting a meta-analysis on the relationship between professional commitment and organizational commitment, and are looking for unpublished, in-press or recently published studies on this topic. We are especially interested in studies involving working professionals in different occupations (e.g. engineers, scientists, healthcare). If you have any such studies, we would highly appreciate if you could make them available to us at amit_n@isb.edu
We also would appreciate it if you could forward this e-mail to colleagues who have undertaken work in the area of commitment and may have relevant unpublished data.
