Dear CAR members,

Yiannis Gabriel and I initiated a Seminar series about storytelling in organizations. The 9th Seminar will take place this summer 29th – 30th June, at UEA. We won the prestigious ESRC Research Seminar grant that helps us to keep the costs down.

The theme of the Seminar is "Careering across boundaries - storytelling perspectives" (it should come at no surprise, as I chair this seminar).

The dates were chosen to help international scholars to make sure no clash with EGOS. Registration fee is £55 (plus £38.30 per night B&B). I will be happy to see this time more international scholars attending (so far the events were mostly attended by UK scholars).

It is traditionally a small event, up to 40 people, and some half of the places were already booked – please let the Conference secretary – Lisa Snell (l.snell@uea.ac.uk) if you wish to attend, and contact me if you wish to present - there are still a couple of open sessions for which people may offer papers or other type of presentations.

    Yours

    Yehuda
