One Lecturer position. After a probationary period, longer term appointments are available. A master's in management, or a related field, and significant professional experience, are necessary. A commitment to effective teaching is essential. Although half or more of the teaching load will be in human resource management courses, preference is given to scholars with teaching in organization theory and design, leadership, and change management. The IU South Bend School of Business and Economics is accredited by AACSB International. The position has a teaching load of four courses per semester, or twelve credit hours, mainly at the undergraduate level. Compensation is competitive.
