    Dear Careers Division:
     
    Registration, Housing and Travel information for the 2009 AOM Meeting in Chicago have been posted in the last few days at www.aomonline.org.   Hotels often sell out quickly so to get maximum flexibility we suggest that you reserve early.
     
    Careers Division program sessions will be held in the Sheraton Chicago Towers.  AOM's Career Placement Center will be at the Hyatt Regency.
     
    Remember that the format for the AOM is changing this year, with PDW's beginning Friday morning.   There will be an all Academy Breakfast on Sunday morning with the President's Address and Awards.  Sunday afternoon will be devoted to All-academy sessions and administrative meetings.
     
    An All-Academy Reception will now take place on Tuesday evening and there will be no sessions on Weds.  To accommodate these changes, our Careers Business Meeting and Social will be scheduled late afternoon and early evening on Monday.
