Hello Careers Division members,
Submissions for the 2017 AOM meetings are in and the Careers Division looks to have a robust set of papers and symposia to consider. However, this means that we are short on reviewers relative to submissions. Given our goal to provide 3 independent reviews for each submission, we need 40 more reviewers to sign up by Friday, which is when we will begin to match submissions to reviewers. Acting as a reviewer is one of the most important ways we provide support and developmental feedback to our colleagues and give back to our field. If you are new to reviewing, you will find that it helps develop your ability to think critically and objectively about your own work. I hope you will help make AOM 2017 a success by signing up to review.
