ESMT – European School of Management and Technology and International Leadership Association organize the 5th ESMT Annual Forum "Leading Across Generations: Workforce Challenges and Opportunities" on June 13-15, 2012 on ESMT Campus in Berlin.
This unique event brings together academics, business leaders, politicians, and HR and Learning and Development practitioners and consultants interested in the challenge of changing population demographics and its impact on workforce. As part of ESMT's and ILA's contribution to the European Year of Active Aging and Intergenerational Solidarity, the conference is an exciting event to engage in dialogue and debate, meet real world decision-makers, and establish new contacts for future research and/or teaching and consulting opportunities.
