The decision has been made, and the good news is that Rutgers – Camden remains an integral part of the Rutgers University system.

If you were hesitant to consider applying to our faculty, due to rumors of our separation from the Rutgers system, please know that those fears are behind us.  Additionally, with new political emphasis on better resources for South Jersey higher education, one recent newspaper article predicted that in upcoming years our campus is likely to triple in size.

We are recruiting for two HR/OB faculty members, specifically seeking new PhDs who would like to grow with us through the upcoming expansion.

Send application materials as described below to:  HROBappl@camden.rutgers.edu.  We want to begin preliminary interviews at AoM in Boston, so please submit in the next few weeks.
