    Dear Colleagues,
     
    I just read the Careers Division Newsletter, thanks to the officers for doing a great job this past year. 
     
    Having been in some of our division's roles and having done the last 5 year review in which it was determined that we were growing but not at the same rate as AOM at large, I want to echo Svetlana's thanks to:
     
    Corinne Post, Shelly McCallum, Gina Dokko, Monica Forret and Melanie Lankau
     
    I really appreciate your person-by-person approach to targeting and developing new Careers Division members and growing our division.  This approach is time-consuming but irreplaceable and effective.  I'm sure I speak on behalf of many others when I say "thanks!"
