Dear all,
I'm working on developing a new way of measuring objective career outcomes. My project is to craft a new concept (different from obj carr success). Of course, this will be based on factual data. So it won't be a psychometric measurment. We know how to develop pychometric scales (Churchill paradigm at least)... but I don't really know how to justify the development of new measures when they're not based upon individuals' representations.
Any idea ? Some papers to recommand ?
