For next year's AoM conference, we are preparing a symposium about sustainable careers of young workers. With this symposium, we aim to build on this year's symposium on sustainable careers, and we are inspired by the handbook written by Ans de Vos and Beatrice van der Heijden. Specifically, we are looking for both empirical and conceptual work that could move forward our knowledge about young workers' transition into the labor market and their early career management. There is still room for 1-2 presentations in our symposium, so if you are interested to join us, please contact me!
