    Hi Career Netters,

A colleague and I are conducting a meta-analysis on correlates of work-life program/policy use and availability (excluding studies focuisng solely on telecommuting).  I am conducting a search for unpublished work in this area.  If you have any work that is relevant for inclusion and are willing to share it, please e-mail it to me at mbutts@uta.edu .

    Thanks,

    Assistant Professor of Management
