A rich array of research activities have been developed around studying migrants and migration phenomena by management scholars from various theoretical backgrounds. This caucus seeks to connect scholars in this area, and develop an interdisciplinary network of researchers interested in or currently engaged in researching migrant population or migration issues. The goal of this caucus is also to provide a forum to identify specific ways for future collaborations among migration researchers (e.g., international meetings, special issues, edited book) and further solidifying this branch of research.
