Dear Careers Colleagues:
I am looking for scales in three areas.
First, I would appreciate ideas for scales that measure an organizational and/or dependent/interdependent career orientation. Currently I can use the protean or boundaryless scales but this more or less restricts me to using lower extremes of those measures to imply an organizational or dependent orientation and I would like to measure such orientations more directly.
Secondly, I am wondering if anyone is aware of scales assessing type of career development preferred. For example some might prefer more passive/dependent or active/involved career development. Or are their scales that more simply measure specific activities one would prefer from training, to simulation, to action learning, etc.?
Lastly, are any of you aware of scale which measure what sort of leadership styles a given follower prefers? I am aware of the GLOBE scales but they are quite lengthy and thus impractical for my use.
You can respond to the list or to me directly and I will summarize responses.
Many thanks and warm wishes!
