I am working on a project about the evolution of a new career. I am
looking for other articles that looked at career shifts like this in terms
of entirely new combinations of KSAs to fill an emerging void.
I'd appreciate citations that looked at things like this and any advice
Careernet people might have on techniques to capture attributes of a new
