Hello,
I'm interested in measuring different dimensions of learning in an MBA
internship. One of the dimensions pertains to learning what a career would
look like in a particular industry and/or functional domain. Hall (e.g.,
2002) calls this career "trial and exploration", though in this case "trial
and exploration" are happening over weeks, not years.
I haven't found any studies that have operationalized "career learning". Is
anyone aware of any measures that may be available for this or any similar
constructs?
Thanks,
