    Dear Colleagues,

     

    The George Washington University Department of Human and Organizational Learning within the Graduate School of Education and Human Development seeks an Associate/Full Professor for primary appointment within the Executive Leadership Doctoral Program (ELP) in Human and Organizational Learning. This 9-month, tenure track position is available beginning August 2013.

     

    We seek a colleague with the demonstrated ability to produce theoretically based, practically relevant research in human and organizational learning.

     

    Qualifications: The successful candidate will have an earned doctorate in a field related to Human and Organizational Learning (minimum of 5 years post-degree); an established research record in leadership, organizational studies, or related field; experience with doctoral student advising; evidence of excellent teaching with executives; evidence of potential for obtaining external research funding; and management experience.
