    Dear Colleagues,
     
    I am looking for a scale(s) that could assess the degree to which a person enlists career assistance (e.g. psychosocial, job related, etc.) from contacts outside of their organization...be they friends, family, professional networks, etc.
     
    If you can suggest any scales I'd be very appreciative!
