Dear AOM Careers Division Members,
The results of the 2008 election of officers had been completed. Thank you to everyone who participated in this election. Each year the voting rate has increased, going from 34% in 2006 to 37% in 2007 to 39% in 2008. I hope we will be able to reach even higher participation next year. The elections were quite close, especially among the several candidates for the position of Representative at Large. Your newly elected officers are as follows:
Program Chair – Suzanne de Janasz
PDW chair - Svetlana Khapova
Representatives at Large – Peter Heslin, Jelena Zikic, Deborah O'Neill
Secretary – Gayle M Baugh
