Dear all,
maybe you can help with a hint from the top of your head:
We are developing a networking training and seek to evaluate it using a
non-equivalent control group design. Networking is usually considered a
career self-management (CSM) behavior, and I would like to employ
another dimension of a CSM measure to show that the training
specifically changes networking, but not other CSM behaviors.
So far, all dimensions I looked into appear to relate to networking
regardless of their name, or are not very reliable.
Do you have a suggestion for a scale/dimension that is distinct from
networking?
I would be happy for any suggestion you have.
best,
Hage Wolff
