Dear Careers Scholars Colleagues,
I am excited to announce a call for papers for a Special Issue on "Meta-analyses on Contemporary Corporate Governance" in Corporate Governance: An International Review (CGIR). This special issue, which I am co-editing with Brian Boyd and Angelo Solarino, aims to publish cutting-edge research on phenomena related to Corporate Governance - including board directors and top management team executives. We are calling for meta-analyses that help resolve controversy in the empirical support for theories, and that build and test new theoretical insights surrounding important corporate governance phenomena. Article proposals are due by May 1, 2022.
