    Dear colleagues – career researchers,

I am looking for career counseling approaches/tools that could be shared with HR managers, or in other words the tools that HR managers could use to offer career counseling to their employees. It needs to be related to the contemporary careers research.

I am aware of Michael Arthur and colleagues' ICCS tool, which I like.

Are there more approaches/tools that you use in your business schools?  Or when working with companies?

Thank you in advance for helping with this!

    Kind regards,
    Svetlana Khapova
