    With great pleasure I would like to share with you the interview I have had with Prof. Michael Arthur, a leading scholar in the career field, who is a great inspiration for my own work, and I am sure for yours as well.

    Michael is a thought leader in Career Studies, and originator of the term The Boundaryless Career. Writer and speaker on individuals taking ownership of their careers and the implications of that for traditional career counseling, human resource management, talent management, organizational behavior and leadership. Author/editor of nine books, 76 scholarly articles and seven journal special issues related to contemporary career phenomena, and their interaction with organizations and the knowledge economy. Recipient of the 2006 Academy of Management Everett C. Hughes Award for lifetime achievement in Career Studies. Developer of the Intelligent Career Card Sort® (ICCS®) career exploration instrument, and contributor to Forbes.com on Career Ownership.
