Author/editor of nine books, 76 scholarly articles and seven journal special issues related to contemporary career phenomena, and their interaction with organizations and the knowledge economy. Recipient of the 2006 Academy of Management Everett C. Hughes Award for lifetime achievement in Career Studies. Developer of the Intelligent Career Card Sort® (ICCS®) career exploration instrument, and contributor to Forbes.com on Career Ownership.
