Dear Colleagues:
I'm organizing a Presenter Symposium for AOM 2020 on the topic of "storming the last bastions." The symposium is intended to focus on women entering male-dominated fields, but could also include other numerical minority groups entering a field predominated by a socially more privileged group (e.g., ethnic minority, religious minority, etc.).
I already have a few abstracts promised but need 1 to 2 more. To be considered for inclusion in my symposium, please email me with a few hundred words about your study.
