The Career Launch Project, a multi-year study funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council, is seeking a highly motivated and independent Postdoctoral Research Associate for a 2-year term. This project, headed by Dr. Linda Schweitzer, Associate Professor at the Sprott School of Business, Carleton University and Dr. Sean Lyons, Professor at the College of Business and Economics, University of Guelph examines the challenges and opportunities that young people face as they launch their careers in the modern career context. The project involves quantitative and qualitative investigations with secondary and post-secondary students and their parents, graduates, career counselling professionals, educators and employers. The objective of the project is to contribute to both career development research and theory and public policy.
