    The webinar series hosted by the AoM Career Division provides an engaging opportunity for career researchers from around the world to present and discuss research topics in the careers field. 

    This webinar explores the complexities of career navigation and management within the gig economy. It examines the pressing issues of job security amid shifting political and legal landscapes, explores the dynamics of skill acquisition, and discusses how the gig economy impacts employment opportunities across Sub-Saharan Africa.
