    Dear CAR Division Members,

    We are happy to share a Call for Papers for a Special Issue of the Personnel Review [Scimago Journal Rank Q1, Citescore Q1, Journal Impact Factor: 4.2, ABDC Rank A] on “Toward a Human-Centered Workplace: Empowering Diversity and Inclusion in the Age of Artificial Intelligence”.

    This Special Issue invites conceptual, empirical, and review-based submissions that advance our understanding of the impact of AI on underrepresented groups and offer innovative approaches to creating human-centered, inclusive workplaces in the era of AI-driven transformation.

    Key deadlines

    Opening date for manuscripts submissions: 1 September 2026 

    Closing date for manuscripts submission: 1 March 2027
